Maintenance and Support Services
There are a few critical factors contribute to the success of legal accounting and practice software implementation. Apart from the state-of-the-art software system, the associated implementation and on-going maintenance are as important.
As computerised system play an important role in firm’s operations, we strive to meet our customers’ needs by providing necessary support whenever our customers need us. In order to meet high quality deliverables and support services:
- We have experienced and knowledgeable personnel to support our customers
- We ensure every installation is backed by sufficient warranty, hand-holding and cut over to the new computerised system
- We have devised competitive maintenance and support services that allow our customers to run their operations smoothly. We provide best resources for optimum productivity and predictable maintenance cost upon the expiry of warranty period
Subject to our customers’ needs and the maintenance services subscribed, the followings are the general services offered by us:
- Warranty support. A fixed period of free support services upon software installation
- Annual maintenance. Annual maintenance covers a series of support services such as onsite or remote services, software updates and installation, defects fixing (subject to software principal’s terms and conditions), software and database audit services for the smooth running of software
- Monthly data verification. Most of the legal firms are capable of handling day to day transactions after implementing our solution. Should these firms require a third party verification on their works monthly, this option will be ideal to subscribe
- Onsite support. Deployment of support personnel to customer’s location especially during critical issue resolution
- Remote support. In the absence of onsite support, remote support services will be conducted via remote dial-in or remote software utility to facilitate diagnosis
- Access to knowledge personnel. Customers are able to access to our support personnel for discussion and problem resolution from time to time
- Software updates. We may apply some fixes due to defects detected (subject to software principal’s terms and conditions) and/or updates from time to time to enhance the smooth running of the overall computerised system
- Software defects fixing. Our legal accounting and practice solutions are proven to be stable within the legal industry. However, any software may subject to certain degree of defects cause by the programming and the continuous change of IT environment. Upon report from our customer, we will remedy the defects according to the terms and conditions of software principal
- Data conversion. Should legal firms decide to switch from other software systems to ours, we are able to perform such services at their request and upon careful study of the existing data so that historical data can be transitioned to the new system accurately
- Database and system audit. We will carry out study, analysis and remedy the system and/or database if any errors are spotted during the audit. The study and analysis are effectively conducted with the assistance of the system utilities
